The project partners from EndFGM (Belgium), AIDOS (Italy), MDM (Spain) and APF (Portugal) discussed the current status as well as the further process of the project.
Very important points on the agenda were the Monitoring and Evaluation of the project and the challenges regarding the implementation of the project in schools.
The former aspect was discussed and analysed with the support of the project’s Monitoring & Evaluation consultant Sam Cunningham. How can the project’s impact in the different contexts be measured? What are the comparable figures and the baseline for measuring the impact of the education programme on the behaviour of the students? How can these data be compared? Is the project’s period appropriate at all? These are the questions the project consortium is facing. Not only the evaluation of the pilot project, but also the involvement of “lessons learnt” and “best practice”-examples for subsequent educational projects is essential.
