Some impressions from the roundtable talk on 16th November 2003.
The round table talk about "Human Rights of Women in Regions of
Conflict - a cineastic View" was very animated and brought up a variety

“Such a variety of perspectives as presented at this film
festival is also a policy of peace, since war means simplification
and unification of opinion.”
“It is important to present women in the first place not
as victims, but as active, thinking subjects and to convey their
strength and energy” – an essential perspective mentioned
by all of the participants.
